The stage smooch that Sandra Bullock and Scarlett Johansson shared was actually the former’s idea, it has emerged.
“Scarlett was originally supposed to present a different award with Zac Efron, but when Sandy heard Scarlett would be there, she reached out to her,” The New York Daily News quoted a source as saying.
“It was a preplanned, scripted kiss the producers knew about – and it was Sandra”s camp”s idea,” the source added.
According to a source close to Johansson, the Broadway babe was “obviously more than fine with it” but got a pre-show pep talk from Bullock to ensure it.

Johannson, 25, filled in Sunday night for hubby Ryan Reynolds, who was scheduled to present the 45-year-old actress with the Generation Award, MTV”s spin on a lifetime achievement honor, reports The New York Daily News.
Bullock and Reynolds were nominated for Best Kiss in “The Proposal”.
“I thought you should have won… it was a great kiss,” Johansson told Bullock. The two then slowly moved towards each other and locked lips as the audience cheered.

Filmmaker Robert Redford had a difficult time working with a teenage Scarlett Johansson on the set of ‘The Horse Whisperer’, as the actress frustrated him so much, reveals a new book.
Scralett was just 13-years-old when director Redford cast her to star in the 1998 film.
Although Redford acknowledges her acting talent, he found that it difficult working with her.
In the upcoming book ‘Robert Redford: The Biography’, a crew member from the movie has claimed that the ‘Lost In Translation’ star would constantly interpret her scenes against Redford”s own vision.
The tome has also alleged that Johansson”s mum influenced the young actress, causing her to constantly talk back to the director.
And that was what led to “friction” between the pair on set.
Representatives of Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds have rubbished reports that actor missed Comic-Con convention over a feud with wife.
They insist that Reynolds was in Europe shooting for a film.
“[The report] is completely untrue,” People magazine quoted the reps as saying.
“Warner Brothers never planned to have Green Lantern as part of their panel at this year”s Comic-Con and Ryan is in Europe shooting a film,” they added.
According to reports, the couple, who tied the knot last September, were caught in a fight last week as they were about to depart for San Diego’s Comic Con sci-fi convention.
Ryan refused to attend the conference and told Scarlett she could go alone.
