Lindsay Lohan’s attorney has dismissed reports claiming that the actress is addicted to methamphetamine, saying drug accusation is “100 percent fabrication.”

Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley even denied the reports that the Mean Girls star would be treated for that and bipolar disorder during her 90 days of court-ordered rehab.

“The report that my client, Lindsay Lohan is going to be treated for methamphetamine addiction is categorically false,” the Herald Sun quoted Holley as telling RadarOnline.

“It”s a fabrication, 100 per cent. I have never seen anything that implies that my client has an issue with methamphetamine abuse,” Holley added.

“She doesn”t have cell phone privileges, that”s absurd,” UsMagazine.com quoted her as telling Radaronline.

“She doesn”t even have a pillow to sleep on.”

The mom also added that she isn”t allowed physical contact with her famous daughter during their visits.

“I talk to her through glass. There”s a phone and we put her on speaker but I can”t even hug my daughter…She”s treated like a common criminal,” she said.

The ‘Mean Girls’ actress is currently behind bars at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California, where she is serving part of a 90-day jail sentence for violating her probation relating to a 2007 DUI arrest.

Lohan is expected to be released next week and she will go straight to court-ordered rehab.

And the her father fears prison will have a negative effect on his daughter, who he claims is suffering from a prescription drug addiction.

Thus, he is asking both Downey Jr. and Wahlberg, who have both spent time behind bars, to help.

“My people are reaching out to Robert Downey, Jr. and to Mark Wahlberg. I know both of them, and Mark is a tremendous human being. Hopefully, they”ll see her before she gets out and she”ll get in this rehab and get off these prescription meds, and she”ll get her life back,” the Daily Star quoted Tennessee radio station 107.5 The River, as saying.

The Iron Man star was jailed on numerous occasions as he battled a raging drug habit between 1996 and 2001.

“She”d like to spend some time with her family, and there’s at least some question as to whether or not she’ll have to go directly to rehab.”

Prosecutors have confirmed that Lohan must report to an L.A.-based residential rehab facility 24 hours after her release from jail, which likely will be Sunday or Monday, but her attorney is concerned “there”s a push now for her to go directly to rehab from jail.”

Although sentenced to 90 days, Lohan is expected to serve far less than that.

Holley explained: “I would like to ensure that she has received all the time credits to which she is entitled” from her previous time in custody. “I am hopeful that her sentence will be reduced once those credits are properly factored in.”

Holley, who briefly quit as Lohan””s counsel before stepping back in, couldn””t confirm the star””s exact release date.

Despite her jail sentence, Lindsay Lohan’s professional worth is going up – she’s making more money than she did in the last year.

The ‘Mean Girls’ star managed to finalise TV and news deals the night before she went off to jail, reportedly locking down tell-all interviews that could net her seven figures, reports Fox News.

“On Monday night, the night before she had to report to jail to serve her sentence, she tied up all loose ends and signed contracts for exclusive television and print stories,” News.com.au quoted an industry source as saying.

“She”ll be doing major television sit downs after she finishes all of her sentence.

“Lindsay is going to tell everything about her experience in jail, she will open up about her entire life,” the source added.

The sources also revealed that Lindsay”s mom, Dina will also be a part of the interviews, but her father Michael will have no part in them.

“Dina was a part of the team that brokered all the deals. They made phone calls, and set up the interviews within three days,” one source said.

Multiple plastic surgeons believe that Lindsay Lohan surgically plumped her pout before starting her jail term.

“There is no question that Ms. Lohan had filler of some type in her lips,” UsMagazine.com quoted Dr. Michael Olding, the Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at George Washington University, as saying.

Even dermatologist Dr. Kenneth Beer, owner of ScientificSkin.com said: “She has had injections of a filler such as Restylane or Juvederm. To me, it looks like about 1 to 2 syringes of product were used on her upper and lower lips… it will last for about 6 to 8 months.”

In photos — taken around the time Lohan”s SCRAM bracelet went off at the MTV Movie Awards in June — “her lips look asymmetric, so she was probably having filler even then,” points out Dr. Olding.

But he believes she got a touch up before checking into jail because, “There is often an initial period of swelling that occurs with injection that rapidly resolves within the first 24 hours.”

Dermatologist Dr. Marcy Street added: “Lohan knew the photo of her mugshot would be widely distributed. It is likely she had it done for this reason.”
