Mel Gibson”s ex Oksana Grigorieva has finally opened up about her ongoing, public battle with the actor.

Grigorieva’s battle with Gibson includes the custody fight over daughter Lucia, the harrowing audiotapes and disturbing photos alleging physical abuse.

“I”m devastated. Everybody”s devastated,” Usmagzine.com quoted Grigorieva, 40, as telling Radaronline in her first extended interview since the scandal broke a few weeks ago.

“I think Mel, basically, is trivializing domestic violence.

“It is unfair that by standing up to somebody — and speaking out — I am being victimized all over again. He has hurt so many people,” she added.

She also explained why she taped the shocking, obscenity-laced phone calls and voicemails from Gibson that have stormed the web.

“Because I didn”t think I was going to make it through the night,” she said.

“Everything, by the way, this is really important, all the tapes that you hear on the Internet, all of them were recorded that one night…The tapes, as you call them, the voicemails, everything was recorded that night because I was in fear for my life. I really did not think I was going to make it,” she said.

Actress Mia Farrow and model agent Carole White are set to testify next month over claims that supermodel Naomi Campbell accepted a ‘blood diamond’ from Charles Taylor.

The women’s names are on a witness list for Monday, August 9, that the prosecution in the former Liberian president”s war crimes trial filed with the court in The Hague according to court papers.

The prosecution says both women have agreed to testify about the late-night gift allegedly presented to Campbell after a celebrity dinner hosted by then South African president Nelson Mandela in September 1997.

Campbell herself was subpoenaed to testify about the events, after refusing to talk to prosecutors voluntarily, and is due to take the stand in The Hague.

Taylor, 62, has been on trial since 2008 for his alleged role in the civil war in Sierra Leone, accused of arming rebels in return for illegally mined diamonds.

White and Farrow, who were present at Mandela’s dinner, claim to have proofs that Campbell was given a diamond by Taylor, reports the Telegraph.

White told prosecutors she was present when the diamond was delivered, while Farrow “was told by Campbell the next morning about the gift”.

The prosecution alleges the rough diamond was among those Taylor had obtained from Sierra Leone rebels and took to South Africa “to sell … or exchange them from weapons”.

American actor Zac Efron has said that he had girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens’ permission to go to a strip club.

“She was fine with it,” he added.

Efron went to the Flashdancers Gentlemen’s Club in New York City with his two friends, including High School Musical co-star Corbin Bleu.

Ellen DeGeneres is set to leave the hit TV talent show ‘American Idol’.

“A couple months ago, I let FOX and the American Idol producers know that this didn”t feel like the right fit for me,” UsMagazine.com quoted DeGeneres as saying in the statement to Fox News.

“I told them I wouldn”t leave them in a bind and that I would hold off on doing anything until they were able to figure out where they wanted to take the panel next.”

DeGeneres, 52, replaced Paula Abdul as judge for the show”s ninth season, sitting at the table with Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson, and Kara DioGuardi.

“It was a difficult decision to make, but my work schedule became more than I bargained for,” the star said.

“I also realized this season that while I love discovering, supporting and nurturing young talent, it was hard for me to judge people and sometimes hurt their feelings. I loved the experience working on Idol and I am very grateful for the year I had. I am a huge fan of the show and will continue to be.”

Idol creator and executive producer Simon Fuller said in the statement: “I loved Ellen”s passion for the artists and her nurturing skills.”

“She brought honesty and optimism to our judging panel and I will miss her greatly,” Fuller added.

Three time capsules are being created as a tribute to late Beatles legend John Lennon to mark what would have been his 70th birthday and to preserve his legacy.

The capsules, which will be stored at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, will be reopened in 30 years’ time on October 9 2040, to mark the centenary of Lennon’s birth, the BBC reported.

They will contain music from his post-Beatles career, and the public will be encouraged to submit ideas about what should be included in the time capsules to help preserve Lennon’s legacy over the next 30 years.

Fans have until September 15 to submit birthday wishes, music performances, artwork and other dedications for inclusion in the capsules, which will also include newly restored prints of the musician”s LP artwork and a newly commissioned essay on his career.

Lennon’s widow Yoko Ono has said she is “delighted” to support the project.
