The Transformers actress will take over promotion of the perfume line and a new clothing collection.

Lindsay LohanAmerican film actress Lindsay Lohan is planning to try her luck as a television producer.

The ‘Mean Girls’ star is said to find producing TV programmes more interesting than acting.

“I”ve been creating a bunch of shows that I”ve written treatments for and that I”m going to be producing,” Contactmusic quoted her as having told U.S. TV show ‘Extra’.

Lindsay has fallen out of favour with movie executives in recent years, and failed to land a major film role since 2007”s ‘Georgia Rule’.

To get her career back on track, she is suggested to be turning her hand to producing TV programmes.

Ziegfeld TheatreBrit actor Robert Pattinson has dismissed reports that he is starring in movie stuntman Peter Pedrero’s film.

Pattinson, 23, has insisted that he has nothing to do with ‘Vauxhall Crossed’, after rumours started that he was joining singer Dannii Minogue and ‘The Full Monty’ star Hugo Speer in Pedrero’s new British spy film.

According to GossipCop.com, the ‘Twilight’ star is baffled by the claims as he has not signed up with his two-time Harry Potter pal, reports the Daily Express.

When asked whether Pattinson would be starring in the movie, his representative simply told the website: “No.”

Pedrero performed stunts in all the Potter films, as well as James Bond movies ‘Goldeneye’ and ‘The World Is Not Enough’.

Roger MooreBrit actor Sir Roger Moore has revealed that even though he was very close pals with late actor David Niven, and both had acted in James Bond flicks, they never discussed the 007 agent.

Moore, 81, who enjoyed a 12-year stint as the superspy, says that the secret agent was always a hushed topic between himself and Niven, who played Bond in the 1967 spoof film ‘Casino Royale’.

“I first really got to know him when we made The King’s Thief together in Hollywood in the Fifties,” the Daily Express quoted Moore as saying.

“As the years went by we became much closer friends in the Seventies but we never really spoke about him playing 007.

“I’m sure he would have jested about it at some point but actors generally don’t discuss parts they’ve each played – you don’t see Mel Gibson sitting around talking to Kenneth Branagh about how they both played Hamlet,” he added.

Lily AllenBrit singer Lily Allen has revealed that after she fell on her coccyx (tailbone), she feared that she would have to get her legs amputated.

Allen, 24, who describes the fall as “the most painful thing ever”, thought the injury would leave her paralysed, and she kept on crying throughout a concert in Helsinki, Finland, last month, because she was in so much pain after tripping over during an evening out.

“It really was the most painful thing ever. It was really horrible, because I had one of my security guys with me, and he said he turned around and just saw these two feet sticking out of the floor, in the air,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

“You know when you fall over your natural reaction is to get straight back up again? But I was in so much pain I thought I was paralysed or something. I mean, I really thought that I was going to have to have my legs cut off,” she said.

The ‘Smile’ singer had fallen while watching two DJ friends working.

She was “crouching” behind the decks so other partygoers wouldn’t see she was there when she slipped, and fell backwards off the stage.

“They basically gave me what I can describe as like an epidural, and yes, it numbed from my knees to my lower back to get through this show,” she explained to Absolute Radio’s Geoff Lloyd.

“But then half-way through the performance the thing started running out and I just burst into tears on stage. It was so horrible. I was sobbing real toddler tears,” she added.

Katy PerrySinger Katy Perry has called Simon Cowell an “honest a**hole”.

The 24-year-old star is set to appear on American Idol as a guest judge and imitate Cowell”s brand of tough love.

“I might become a little bit of a buddy with Simon, because whenever I watch that show, as much as he”s an a**hole, he”s a very truthful, honest a**hole,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

“I”m not there to build them up. It”s weird, because I don”t want to break their hearts, but everyone knows someone who”s been doing karaoke and doing little gigs here and there, and nobody has told them that they can”t sing on pitch for, like, 15 years?

“And you”re like, ”Someone needs to say something.” And, unfortunately, I might be that gal, to tell you the truth. I always have been,” she added.

Lily ColeEnglish actress Lily Cole insists that she owes her acting career to late actor Heath Ledger.

Cole said he taught her the tricks of the trade while they were filming ‘The Imaginarium Of Dr Parnassus’.

After a small role in Trinian”s movie, the 21-year-old actress was hired for Terry Gilliam”s fantasy epic, opposite Ledger and Christopher Plummer.

She calls Ledger “a great friend and mentor.”

“He definitely helped me,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

“From the beginning, he understood that I would be overwhelmed and scared by the size of the project. He encouraged me and said he was really proud of me, constantly fed me support,” she added.

Cole reveals she came close to giving up on the film when Ledger was found dead of a prescription drug overdose in January 2008.

His role was taken on by three other actors – Jude Law, Colin Farrell and Johnny Depp.

“Everyone loved Heath. For everyone who knew him, (his death) was devastating. The practicalities of continuing the production were difficult, but it seemed irrelevant,” she said.

“Johnny (Depp) slipped seamlessly into the role, but that didn”t stop it being bizarre. I thought I was in at the deep end in the beginning – then look what happened!” she added.
