American actress Courteney Cox once got so many Botox jabs that she couldn’t even move her face.
The 46-year-old ‘Friends’ star explained how she overdid the anti-wrinkle treatment.
“Sometimes I use Botox. Compared to most, I use it very sparingly,” the Sun quoted Cox as saying.
“One time I did too much, though. I overdid it, I felt trapped in my own skin,” she added.
But Courteney has no issues with getting more injections.
“Ageing gracefully is one thing but trying to slow it is another. I don”t have a problem with it. If it makes you feel better and it”s done properly, then fine,” she said.
Courteney Cox has hinted that hit TV show ‘Friends’ may be made into a film.
The actress revealed that her former co-star in the show Jennifer Aniston has suggested a reunion.
“We’ve got a good idea. There is a good way to get us all together,” Fox News quoted her, as saying.
She added: “Jennifer (Aniston) told me, or someone told her, or she came up with the idea herself. I don’t think it will ever happen, but it would be a great way to get us all together!”
Actress Courteney Cox has revealed she is much more happy in her 40s than she was in her 20s.
The Friends star, who famously portrayed Monica in the hit US TV series, made the revelation at a special Q and A for her comedy Cougar Town as part of the Paley Centre For Media”s PaleyFest 2010 in LA.
“I”m much more comfortable in my own skin,” the Mirror quoted her as saying.
The 45-year-old added: “I”m not so wanting more and just happy with where I am.”
Courteney stars as Jules Cobb, a recently divorced woman trying to re-enter the dating scene, in the sitcom.
Courteney Cox will be returning to the set of new TV series Cougar Town after it was put to a brief halt.
The actress, who serves as executive producer on the comedy, had halted the production over an undisclosed matter.
A spokesperson for the former Friends star, who plays single mum Jules in the series, at the time said Courteney needed to deal with ‘a private family matter’, reports People magazine.
And now, her rep has confirmed the 45-year-old will head back to work on the ABC show.
Her co-star Busy Phillips also said on his Twitter page that Cougar Town was “only down one day” and that “we”re back shooting after Thanksgiving. I”ll pass along the love to CC.”

The former Friends actress stars as single mum Jules and also plays executive producer on the comedy show, reports the Daily Star.
The star was said to have temporarily halted the production over an undisclosed matter.
A spokesperson for TV network ABC said: “We can confirm production on Cougar Town has been temporarily shut down in order for Courteney to deal with a private family matter.”
Courteney Cox says she’s looking forward to start filming for ”Scream 4” – because it will be romantic.
The former ”Friends” star and her husband David Arquette met on the set of the original ”Scream” movie in 1996 and thinks the horror movie will bring out their love for each other, reports the China Daily.
“I”m very excited. It will be fun. David and I are going to be right back on the set where we first met. It”s going to be so exciting for us in many ways,” she said.
In the film, Cox’s character, TV reporter Gale Weathers, will have a child with Deputy Dewey Riley, played by David.
However, the 45-year-old actress will not get the couple”s real daughter, five-year-old Coco, on set.
“I wouldn”t do that to her. It”s a horror film after all,” she said.
Actress Courteney Cox has donned the director’s hat, and turned to moviemaker David Fincher for some advice.
The actress made her directorial debut with short film The Monday Before Thanksgiving, which premiered at the Los Angeles Shorts Fest 09 on July 24.
The former ‘Friends’ star admits she is hoping to eventually quit acting to focus on directing movies full time, and she has been taking advice from Fincher, who has helmed films like Seven, Fight Club and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
“I would love to direct more, it”s perfect for my personality. I just like doing it, I think it”s great,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
“I actually went to dinner with him (Fincher) and I said, ”David I need help”, and we sat down and he gave me four hours of his time.
“He gave me some guidelines and thoughts and it really helped,” she added.
David Arquette has said that he and his wife actress Courteney Cox are going to be doing ”Scream 4”.
Arquette told E! that both he and Cox will be returning to the roles that brought them together.
“We are going to be doing ”Scream 4”,” the New York Daily News quoted Arquette as saying.
Rumours of a fourth ‘Scream’ film have been shot down over the last few years, but Arquette”s comment seems to suggest it may actually happen.
He also said that screenwriter Kevin Williamson, who penned the original films, was working on the script.
“Hopefully Wes Craven is going to direct,” he added.
Courteney Cox insists she has the best of everything.
The former ””Friends”” star – who has been plagued by constant rumours her 10-year union to David Arquette is in trouble – insists her marriage has never been better, reports the China Daily.
“I can honestly say that I have the best marriage, the best husband and the best daughter. They are the things that have given me real happiness – so much more than anything else. I don””t think I ever thought I would end up as happy as I am today,” Cox said.
“What I love about David is that he thinks I””m a great wife. Isn””t that fantastic? I love that. And he tells me, too, which is even better,” she added.
The 45-year-old star also revealed that with the years passing by, she has only just become comfortable with her looks.
She told Grazia magazine: “When I was younger I did struggle with my confidence. I was self-critical and I guess suddenly becoming famous puts all this pressure on you, people talking about the way you look and what you wear. When I look back at old pictures of myself now, I think, ””Hey, I looked great,”” but at the time I was always worrying. I actually feel so much better about myself now but it has taken time to feel this way.”
Friends’ stars Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow are set to come together one more time in comedy series Web Therapy.
The actors will reunite in the second series of the show, which can be seen online, along side Scottish actor Alan Cummings.
Kudrow, who played the weird Phoebe Buffay in Friends, will feature as Dr Fiona Wallace who carries out three-minute therapy sessions via her webcam, reports The Sun.
Cox, who portrayed cleanliness obsessed Monica Geller in the hit series, will play the role of a psychic.
